Personally Identifiable Information.
To use all of our website's features like online course booking you will need to register on the website. As part of the registration process personally identifiable information like your name, address, telephone number and email address are required.
How we use your information.
When registering on the site you will be asked how you came to be using our site, this information will be used to track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Your name and address are used when you book into a course. We will use this information to collate a list of attendees at the specific course.
Information Sharing.
We will never share any of the information provided on registration with anyone. We respect your privacy and will only use your information internally.
Information Security.
All of the information held by us which relates to you is held securely in an online database. This database is only accessible to the highest level of staff in the Learning Centre.
Correcting information.
When you register on the site you will be prompted to create a password with which to log in to the site. You will be able at any point to log into the site and view or edit all information held by us which relates to you. If your password is forgotten the facility to reset the password will be made available. Please note that your password can only be reset as your password will be encrypted in such a way that is is impossible to gain access to the original.
